Defence College building in Dehradun collapses amid incessant rain
The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has reported that over a span of twenty- four hours, thirteen sections in Himachal Pradesh will encounter moderate downfall, with one or two locales in the state passing heavy downfall.  In the face of ceaseless rain, the Dehradun Defence College structure in Maldevta collapsed on Monday.
