FIFA Women’s World cup 2023
The opening ceremony for the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup in Auckland, New Zealand, will take place on July 19, 2023, with New Zealand and Australia serving as co-hosts. The first game will take place on July 20, 2023, and the final game should take place on August 20, 2023. At the world cup, 32 nations representing 6 different federations participated. In contrast to the shooting that occurred in Auckland near the hotel where the Norwegian team was staying and resulted in three fatalities and six injuries, the opening ceremony of the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023 attracted a record-breaking number of spectators. New Zealand and Norway square off in the first game. New Zealand defeated Norway 1-0 in the first game. Australia defeated Ireland 1-0 in their initial match in the second opening game between the two nations. Everyone anticipated that the first game between New Zealand and Norway would conclude in a 0-0 draw, but in the 48th minute, Hannah Wilkinson scored the first goal of the FIFA World Cup 2023, moving New Zealand closer to the finals, but there is still a long way to go.
